What are some of your limiting beliefs that keep you rooted even when you want to grow and move from the place you've been planted? The truth is, people don't care about what people think about most of the things that they do. We create our own barriers before we even get there, then get emotional when we never arrive. We have to envision the outcome we do want in order to obtain it with calm confidence and certainty in our own worth and abilities to achieve our goals. If we focus on what we don't want to happen, all that worry and negativity is all we will ever continue to obtain.

The more positive our mindset, the more premium gas we fuel ourselves with, the higher we can perform, in the same amount of time that passes regardless. Time won't stop to wait for you to get your shit together, time cares nothing about you. Holding yourself accountable to a specific (yet reasonable) deadline is what makes the outcome become your reality. YOU have to want your dreams to come true, YOU have to be the one to see that it happens for you.

What you intake impacts your performance. You get to choose the fuel that takes up the space in your mind. Your limited headspace is as precious as the time you have to live, so you have to choose which things matter the most to you. We all have our own problems, and never enough space of our own to store them. We constantly look for other places to store them, not out of hatred for that other person's space we want to store it in, but some unconscious need that we believe somewhere within ourselves to be unmet. There are people out there who tell you they don't have that space for your stuff, and instead of evaluating why we feel the need to hold on the problems, we blame them for not having space for us, for them having healthy boundaries for their own space. Selfishness is only as toxic as you allow it to be, the sooner you can let go of the stuff that no longer serves you with a good purpose, the better your engine will run, the more space you'll have to store the joyous YOU.

You have to see yourself in the mirror as the person you want you to be. Who do you see?
