Trust is something that is earned, not given. In the world of sales we must do our due diligence to make sure that we are employing someone to work with us that we can trust. Once we have made that decision then we need to confide that the person has our best interest in mind. I am not saying to never question anything you are advised of. What I am saying is do your best to understand the direction that a person is advising you from. Then do your research if necessary to confirm what you're being told. Too many people find out the hard way after dealing with someone who represented they were one thing, but ended up being another.
